By using this site and buying from us, you agree to these terms. The store: Prices are in US dollars (USD) and may change; the price at checkout is the price you pay. We sell and ship within the United States. Product descriptions are written by us in plain language. Where a product has limits – what it does not include, what it is not made of, what must be checked before use – we say so on the product page, and those notes form part of the description you are buying against. Product photos come from the product’s own supplier listing and are meant to show the actual item; minor colour differences from screen settings can occur. Orders: An order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order – for example if an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error – in which case we refund any payment in full. Some products ship from our stock in Victoria, BC; others ship directly from the supplier. The product page states which, and the checkout shows the delivery estimate before payment. Product notes and safety: Some products carry specific cautions on their pages – for example age guidance on children’s items, supervise-your-pet notes on chew toys, or check-before-use notes on waterproof items. Please read and follow them; they are part of using the product safely. Liability: Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable consumer law. To the extent the law allows, our liability for a product is limited to its purchase price. Changes: We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies to that order.
