Shipping & Delivery. We ship within the United States. Prices on this site are in US dollars (USD). Two ways an order travels: 1. From our stock in Victoria, BC, Canada. Products marked “In stock – ships from Victoria, BC” are packed by us and sent to you by tracked mail. 2. Directly from the supplier. Products marked “Ships from supplier” travel from the maker to your door. This keeps small, light products affordable without a warehouse in the middle. Every product page shows which of the two applies – before you pay, not after. Tracking: Every order is tracked. When your order ships, we email you the tracking details so you can follow it to your door. Delivery time: Delivery time depends on which of the two routes your product takes and where in the US you are. The estimate for your order is shown at checkout before you pay – please check it there, because we do not print one delivery promise on this page that the slowest route cannot keep. Customs and duties: Orders shipped from Canada or from a supplier outside the US may be subject to US customs processing. Any import charges that apply are the buyer’s responsibility unless the checkout page says otherwise.
