Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe, not to us – we never see or store your full card number. Messages you send us: if you email us, we keep the conversation so we can help you and refer back to it. Basic site data: like most stores, the site records standard technical information (such as pages visited and device type) used to run and improve the store. What we do with it: We use your information to: process and ship your order; send order and tracking emails; answer your messages; meet our legal and tax obligations; and improve the store. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services needed to run the store – the payment provider, the shipping carriers, and the store platform itself – and only the parts each one needs. Email: We email you about your orders. If you join our mailing list, we may email you about new products and offers; every such email carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing always works.
